Protection of intellectual property facilitates the formation of the modern world and the development of art and technologies. It applies to both creative and inventive activities and is protected by legislation. Human intellect is unique, therefore, everything it creates belongs to it and needs protection. Without copyright protection, development of civilization would be delayed considerably, whereas people would lose the opportunity of spiritual and cultural enrichment.
