Visit of Delegation of Bulgaria to Sakpatenti

The delegation of the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria, headed by Vice-President David Sukalinski, is paying a two-day visit to Georgia to sign a Working Plan for Cooperation between the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria and the National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia Sakpatenti.
The Working Plan covers topics such as exchange of knowledge on significant legislative developments in the intellectual property field, practices related to registration of intellectual property objects and IP services, as well as exchange of examination procedures and practices.
The meeting and the ceremony of signing, held on January 21, 2016, at the Office of the National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia Sakpatenti, during which plans for future cooperation between Georgia and Bulgaria were discussed, were attended by H.E. Mr. Plamen Bochev, Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to Georgia, and Mr. Iordan Tenev, Advisor in Economic and Commercial Issues.
