At the event, American judges will share with their Georgian colleagues the experience of the courts of the United States of America on disputes related to intellectual property subject-matters. Together with Sakpatenti representatives, they will also discuss the practice of the Chamber of Appeals of Sakpatenti and courts of Georgia and will offer their views and recommendations in this respect.
Sharing the US experience in the field of intellectual property protection will assist Georgian judges in implementation of the IP legislation of Georgia in accordance with international standards.
