Sensor Analysis of “Tushuri Guda” and “Sulguni”

For the purpose of revision and improvement of the production specifications of Georgian geographical indications “Sulguni” and “Tushuri Guda”, within the project “Support to Sustainable Value Chains through the Development of Geographical Indications in the Dairy Sector”, funded by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), sensor analysis (organoleptic characteristics, composition) of the above-mentioned geographical indications will be carried out at the National Intellectual Property Centre of Georgia Sakpatenti.
The meeting will take place on February 15, 2018, from 09:30 to 16:00, at Sakpatenti office in Mtskheta (5, Antioch Str.).
Parties interested in participation are invited to file a request no later than February 12, 2018.
