SAKPATENTI joins UPOV PRISMA platform

SAKPATENTI has joined the new electronic filing system - UPOV PRISMA of the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV). UPOV PRISMA is an online application tool for drafting and submitting plant variety application data to participating PVP Offices in required format. From today, by using the platform it is possible to submit new plant variety application data also to SAKPATENTI. The corresponding PVP application forms were translated by the SAKPATENTI and are already available in Georgian.
It is noteworthy that certain reductions apply on the fee for using the system if the application is filed in electronic form using UPOV PRISMA until June 2018.
