Sensory Analysis of “Sulguni” and “Tushuri Guda”

Today, on February 15, 2018, for the purpose of revision and improvement of the production specifications of Georgian geographical indications “Sulguni” and “Tushuri Guda”, sensory analysis will take place at the National Intellectual Property Centre of Georgia Sakpatenti, as a result of which, the organoleptic characteristics of these geographical indications will be defined more precisely. The meeting is organized within the project “Support to Sustainable Value Chains through the Development of Geographical Indications in the Dairy Sector”, funded by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
