Sakpatenti joins WIPO CASE platform

Sakpatenti has joined WIPO CASE - Centralized Access to Search and Examination platform administered by WIPO. The WIPO CASE system enables patent offices to securely share search and examination documentation related to patent applications in order to facilitate work sharing programs.

Prior to gaining access to WIPO CASE by Sakpatenti, the national patent collection of Georgia was included into the system.

WIPO CASE will help patent examiners of Sakpatenti to get access to the search and examination documentation and further improve the quality and efficiency of the patent examination.
