The National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia – SAKPATENTI has fully moved to teleworking.
In accordance with the recommendations of the Interagency Coordination Council on novel coronavirus, headed by the Prime Minister of Georgia, and under the state of emergency imposed on the entire territory of Georgia, to prevent massive spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19), all services of the Office will be offered to natural persons as well as legal entities in the distance mode.
• Users can file applications and other documents through the electronic filing system available on Sakpatenti website: https://online.sakpatenti.gov.ge/ka/app/login/;
• Sessions of the Chamber of Appeals functioning at Sakpatenti, if necessary, will be held using distance communication platforms;
• Telephone consultation will be offered in the working hours (9:00-18:00 from Monday to Friday) on the following number: +995 32 2252533;
• Correspondence will be carried out only by email info@sakpatenti.org.ge.
During the teleworking period, Sakpatenti continues without delay to fulfill its functions and all services will be rendered within the terms prescribed by the legislation.
It is important for us to protect the safety of every employee and the society as a whole and to foster prevention of the possible danger to the life and health of the population of the country.
