Sakpatenti is Improving Citizen Service Standards

The National Intellectual Property Centre of Georgia Sakpatenti has launched professional development of front office employees, which is aimed to increase effectiveness of Sakpatenti services related to registration of various intellectual property subject-matters, services rendered to customers with respect to patent applications and ensuring high quality of consultation and communication.
The staff members of the Citizen Service Department of the Office passed a 6-day training course “Service Standards”. The program covered Sakpatenti services as well as the component of effective service and communication with customers. The latter was delivered by the invited trainer, consultant for drafting, implementation and development of service quality standards, Ms. Maia Khositashvili.
The training course was planned and held by the Training Centre of the National Intellectual Property Centre of Georgia Sakpatenti. The program has provided the staff members of the Citizen Service Department of Sakpatenti with essential knowledge and skills which will enable them to render high standard services to citizens.
