WIPO Academy Conducts Training of Local Trainers in the Intellectual Property Field - Tutoring Program on IP Training Diagnosis

The objective of the ongoing five-day training at Sakpatenti is to define the components of the training, to reveal and assess the training needs, which will ensure better planning and implementation of the training activities intended for internal or external audiences. The training is organized by the National Intellectual Property Training Center (NIPTC) of Sakpatenti with the support of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Academy. It is offered for trainers and staff of Sakpatenti Training Center.

Sharing experience of the WIPO Academy in modern tutoring methodology will facilitate introduction of the latest training methods at Sakpatenti Training Center. This tutoring program is a result of cooperation between Sakpatenti Training Center and the WIPO Academy.  Contemporary approaches to training analysis methods of the WIPO Academy will assist the trainers of the Training Center to build capacity and to apply their knowledge more efficiently.

The WIPO Academy is the center of excellence for intellectual property education, training and skills for WIPO member states, in particular developing countries and least-developed countries (LDCs). The Academy works to help build human capacity in IP, which is essential to innovation and creativity.
