Sakpatenti Announced Vacancy for Paid Internship

In order to prepare qualified staff in the intellectual property field, to ensure their professional development and to develop their practical skills, Sakpatenti has announced a vacancy. The vacancy envisages selection of 10 candidates for passing internship at the Department of Inventions and New Varieties and Breeds. The internship will be paid.
The necessary requirements include that the candidate shall be at least the third-year student of the bachelor’s course of the faculty of natural sciences, medicine, engineering or related directions. Knowledge of the English language in the relevant area is desirable. The functions of the candidates selected for internship include carrying out preliminary patent search, analysis of the state of the art, preliminary assessment of patentability, participation in the proceedings of patent applications according to the requirements stipulated by the legislation - carrying out patent search, analysis of the state of the art, assessment of patentability and other defined functions. During the internship, the candidates will pass an intensive training course and, together with practical experience, will acquire theoretical knowledge in the relevant field.
The interns who have education corresponding to the established qualification requirements and special professional interest and, in addition, will show the ability to apply the theoretical knowledge gained at Sakpatenti during the internship period will have the prospect of employment at Sakpatenti.
