Paid Internship Program was Launched at Sakpatenti – Chairman Met with Appointed Interns

Mr. Soso Giorgadze congratulated personally the first four winners of the paid internship vacancy announced by Sakpatenti on their appointment. Sakpatenti Chairman met with the interns on their first working day and wished them success.

Elene Beridze, Mariam Navrozashvili, Sopio Injia and Lia Guraspashvili are students of the chemistry, biology and pharmacy direction from various universities of Georgia. They will pass internship for 4 months at Sakpatenti Department of Inventions and New Varieties and Breeds. Their functions include carrying out preliminary patent search, analysis of the state of the art, preliminary assessment of patentability and participation in the proceedings of patent applications.

Sakpatenti will announce a vacancy for paid internship several times during a year. At the next stage students of the physics and engineering direction will be selected. The vacancy for passing internship at the Department of Inventions and New Varieties and Breeds envisages selection of 10 candidates. The interns who during the internship period show the ability to apply practically the gained theoretical knowledge will have the prospect of employment at Sakpatenti.
