Sakpatenti Participated in the Youth Literary Camp

Within the
Youth Literary Camp, held in Telavi, Ms. Anuki Oboladze, Head of Sakpatenti
Legal Department, delivered a presentation for the participants of the Camp and
spoke about the importance of Sakpatenti activity and intellectual property.
Debates were held on the issues related to copyright protection as well as the
legislative changes carried out at Sakpatenti
recently and ongoing reforms.
Sakpatenti representative handed over to the participants and organizers of the Literary Camp various informational-cognitive publications on intellectual property, printed in Sakpatenti polygraphy, including journal “Georgian Appellations of Origin and Geographical Indications”, booklet with comics on “Copyright” and educational-cognitive collection “Creative Diary”, prepared within the project “Creativity and IP in Georgian Schools”.
The Youth Literary Camp is a joint project of Tbilisi City Hall and Ilia Chavchavadze National Parliamentary Library of Georgia, within which, by the preliminary competition, 20 youths were selected. During their stay in the Camp, the youths attended thematic discussions and passed master classes, aimed to develop creative skills, as a result of which, they created short literary works. The mentioned works will be published as a separate collection in near future.
