Mr. Soso Giorgadze Handed over Fairy Tales on Intellectual Property Topic to Tbilisi Kindergartens

A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia – “Sakpatenti” and the Kindergarten Management Agency of Tbilisi. The cooperation is aimed to arouse interest in creative thinking among children, as well as to develop creative skills and stimulate perception of novelties. 

The memorandum was signed by Mr. Soso Giorgadze, Chairman of Sakpatenti, and Mr. Kakha Abuladze, Director of the Kindergarten Management Agency of Tbilisi. Within the memorandum, the pupils of Tbilisi Kindergarten №30 were handed over fairy tales published with the participation of Sakpatenti and printed in its publishing office. The fairy tales contain funny stories on intellectual property subject-matters and are of cognitive character. Mr. Soso Giorgadze and Mr. Kakha Abuladze introduced to the pupils the stories of the fairy tales, which was followed by the children’s typical funny questions. The meeting with the visitors was ended with the pupils’ concert.

The fairy tales will be handed over by stages to up to 200 kindergartens in Tbilisi. The memorandum also provides for holding other joint training and educational activities, including training of teachers in issues related to development of creative skills. 

Active cooperation between Sakpatenti and the Kindergarten Management Agency of Tbilisi in the direction of intellectual property protection will facilitate development of creative skills among children of preschool age.
