The following fee reductions are provided. For applicant/inventors, higher educational institutions and independent scientific research units, a 70% discount is available; For students, school children and retired applicant/inventors, a 90% discount is available. Students, school children and retired applicant/inventors should include in the application a document certifying that the applicant is a students, a school children or a retired person.
Since June 19, 2018, in case of electronic filing of applications with Sakpatenti, 20% reduction applies to the fees, up to and including the fee for registration of patent.
