3.*, 4.*, 5.* – For an international application which entered into national phase in Sakpatenti, for which Sakpatenti acts as a designated or elected office fees for these actions shall be reduced by 50%, if the International Searching Authority has issued International Search Report (form PCT/ISA/210) and Written Opinion of the International Searching Authority (form PCT/ISA/237).

The following fee reductions are provided. For applicant/inventors, higher educational institutions and independent scientific research units, a 70% discount is available; For students, school children and retired applicant/inventors, a 90% discount is available.
Students, school children and retired applicant/inventors should include in the application a document certifying that the applicant is a students, a school children or a retired person.
