The resolution provides for discounts in fees, namely: inventors and designers enjoy a 70%, and students, pupils and retiree applicants – a 90% discount.

The discounts will apply only in case of attaching to the application materials a document certifying that the applicant is a student, a pupil or a retiree.

In case of electronic filing of applications with “Sakpatenti”, 20% reduction shall apply to the fees, including issuing of a certificate.
